Exclusive Services
Allow Bending the Bars LLC assist you and your loved one fight for their early release through a pardon, parole packet and/or court proceeding in pro se capacity or counsel. We are comprised of one paralegal and three active lawyers who serve as legal resources. These services along with our non-profit efforts allow us to cover all areas of prison reform advocacy.

Pardons

We investigate all aspects of your case, create a final synopsis and utilize this data to compose the judicial aspect of the pardon per law. We also collect all information in regards to the incarcerated individuals' institutional behavior and development and utilize this data to compose the personal aspect of the pardon. We create a professional bond packet that is submitted to the parole board (for investigation) and the pardon department (for review).

Parole Packets

We obtain all required information in preparation for your loved one’s parole hearing, compose the packet, submit it to the parole board via email and mail over a year long process while advocating for a favorable decision. We work with the inside citizen and loved ones with preparation for the family call that we establish.

Writs/Motions

We investigate all aspects of your case, create a final synopsis including a recommendation of the next actions to take per law. Once agreed upon, the proper documentation is composed and filed in pro se capacity unless counsel is recommended.
