Founder – Establishes and upholds the efforts of achieving the current mission statement. Participates in planning, executing, and attending all events related to mission goals.

Treasurer – Will establish all financial relationships and manage accounts. Will prepare monthly financial reports and present them during meetings. Will be involved in establishing and managing budgets.

Event Director - Will manage the calendar of events. Will coordinate the details of all upcoming events with
the assistance of the Board.

Will develop community-based events for the youth in effort to address the School to Prison pipeline. Create impactful images that highlight the foundation's mission and the positive change we strive to achieve in the community.

Legal Advisor - Will provide legal feedback regarding entity’s do/don’t, affiliations, presentations, and
obligations.

Funding Director - Will ensure sponsorship request letters and calls are sent/made on a reoccurring basis, locate new potential sponsors, build rapport with established/potential sponsors, and establish/manage recurring fundraisers.

Grant Writer – Research and apply to all applicable grants. Contact and meet with potential donors. Maintain financial reporting and manage expiring donation agreements.

Co-Founder – Provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. Trusted advisor to the Founder and oversees the actions of the Board related to mission efforts. Works directly with the Founder to establish obtainable metrics, goals, and budgets. Required to attend all meetings. Must provide the final approval for all items of business. Assist with recruiting other Board members.

Secretary – Will compose meeting agendas and minutes. Will work with the Board on establishing an annual
calendar of events. Will assist with composition of letters, articles, messages etc.

Social Media Director - Will create and maintain social media platforms. Create updates, calendar of events,
announcements, groups, etc

Public Relations Director - Will manage any invitations from other groups/organizations, respond to and/or
attend functions/lives on behalf of the Foundation and make the final decision regarding event invitations.

Legislature Advisor - Will provide details of old/new laws/amendments of interest, attend General Assembly meetings, assist with composing/marketing new laws/amendments of interest and build repour with the current Senate and House of Delegates along with other persons of interest; have knowledge of how to create and present a bill.

Seminar Coordinator - Will manage online, in-person and phone training.
